Admin Question

Is there no way for an admin to see all Enterprise secrets and chambers?  I was not expecting to be able to see personal secrets and chambers, but I was expecting to be able to see all enterprise ones.  I don't want to have to "acquire" them to see them, I want them to show up automatically, by virtue of being a super admin, the same way a folder structure on a server would show up for an admin.  Not possible?

Otherwise what happens is users forget to share passwords that need to be shared with a team, and now I've got to contact them and get them to share them, or "acquire" them, them reshare them.  I'm just managing a small team and assumed as a super admin I'd be able to see all enterprise passwords.
