Secure Payment via Authorize.Net - Customer Name Needs to be added
Hi, we recently signed up with Zoho to invoice our customer who wish to make payments online. We too use Authorize.net and while you have figured out a way to bi-passed the error message that allows the payment to go through without having the customer enter their name, you still have not updated the payment page to include card holder info. I am very surprised that this does not exist and that even today four months later it still has not been updated to accommodate card holder info. One of my customers questioned the security of the site based on the way the page looks (only asking for card No. and exp date). I have never paid for anything online and not have to put in my name, card number, expiration date, and card billing address. This has been unheard off until we signed up for Zoho.
So please, tell me, how long will it be before you include all of these fields for my customers to access?
