Currently Zoho Recruit gives us very basic interview scheduling tool. We have to pre set and select a time for every candidate and setup the interview accordingly. That's a challenge when you schedule interviews for dozens of candidates every day.

Why not have a robust candidate self scheduling tool? We can set the time preference for a few days ahead and send a link to candidates. This solves a major pain point for recruitment firms.

Also, please add a reminder option so that the system automatically send out a reminder to candidates who have already booked their slot (something like 1 day before the interview or 1 hour before the interview options)
