Send email when certain fields are updated.

I have a form in Zoho that nearly mimics a local database, except for a handful of fields.  When I update the Zoho form, I want to send an email to myself to remind me to update the local copy.  Only, I don't want the email if the only fields updated were non-duplicated ones.

I'd rather not add one email notification per field I care about, as that's quite a number of fields.

Is this possible?
