Send Survey to CRM Vendors with pre populated from CRM

Hi, we are trying to send a survey to our CRM vendors and we want to pre-populate the survey fields with existing values from the CRM record.

We have followed the support article and integrated vendor module with the survey, we have mapped all the relevant fields and ticked "Pre-populate mapped fields from CRM to Survey"

What is the next step? How do we send the survey to the vendor with the pre-populated fields?
