"Send with Zoho Sign" broken
Our company uses hyphens in our file name conventions. Our users have been sending the files from other modules with the "Send with Zoho Sign" shortcut in the upper right buttons.
Since around June 10, 2024, this stopped working. Our users can send the document within the Zoho Sign module directly, but the shortcut no longer works which is causing extra clicks and problems. Below is the error our users are receiving.
Zoho Sign Support has been contacted several times. Storage space is not the issue. There is plenty. The users have the proper permissions. The problem isn't the hyphens as this was previously working. I would guess, there is a regression bug with this functionality from the Zoho Sign release this summer or it's a new issue with the extension/plugin (URL below).
Please help fix this. I have gone through all the basic troubleshooting with Support several times.
