I need to be able to ascertain whether an invoice has actually been sent/emailed & update a custom status field, can you guys please tell me how to achieve this via automation or field updates?
A much better system would be to have a status "Posted" which would change to "Sent" upon actually sending the invoice by email. Not all of us send invoices immediately but need to move the invoice from "Draft" status !
