Serial number tracking for sales orders

Hi,

currently trialling Zoho One, tracking of serial numbers is very important to our business.

One thing I find slightly odd is that we cannot enter/scan serial numbers for a sales order until the Invoice stage.  It makes sense to me that when we create a "package", this is when the order is being picked&packed and we want to scan & enter the serial numbers at this point.  

As it is, we have to ship the package, mark it as delivered and then raise an invoice in order to enter serial numbers.

Is there any way of changing how this works so we can record serial numbers at the point of picking & packing?
