Serious encoding problem, Japanese

I see the serious bugs for collaboration editing, however, I could not find the detail. However, I want to inform the bugs to Japanese users at least. There might be the similar issues for other language users. The issue looks related with collaboration editing and shared documents. Those documents are saved with the wrong encoding, I guess. The seriousness is we are not sure to recover the documents. Hope anyone who read this forum post to not use share feature, and to not touch the shared documents. If touched, it will be collapsed with high potential. Hope this issue will be fixed soon.
