Set Holidays and Block Sending Emails During Holidays
As a marketer, I would like the ability in Zoho Marketing Automation to set holidays for my company and then have a setting for campaigns and journey emails and SMS messages that blocks sending messages on holidays.
I would further like and optional feature to set holidays uniquely for each country to which I may be marketing. If I use this feature, I would like campaigns and journey messages to block sending messages to contacts based on the holidays related to each contact's country using the "Country" field for contacts.
This feature would prevent messages from being sent/delivered during time periods in which they are unlikely to be read. The workaround for this is to pause journeys and campaigns during holidays, but this is contrary to the intention of an automation system and risks human error resulting in wasted marketing opportunities.
