Setting up of GA and FB pixel for tracking conversion

Hello, I need some assistance from Zoho Team to do the following:

I have set up Facebook Ad Account
I have created a Facebook pixel and saved it in header code section
Now I want to set up conversion tracking on my Zoho website - Track no. of clicks on sign up button
But I don't think it's working at the moment and I need to send the instructions to the developer.

Can someone please assist me in this whole set up phase?
