Several questions: Banner text size, contact forms, and mobile logo

I have published my site and there are a few issues that I cannot figure out how to fix.

1) The banner on my homepage has text that is set at 32pt, when I publish it it is very small and looking at the source code it says it is 7pt type.  Why is it doing that since I have it set to 32 pt? Can I go bigger than 32 pt?

2)  I would like to have the contact form on the bottom of the page on the home page and then in the sidebar on the rest of the pages.  When I add it to the bottom of the homepage it adds it to the bottom to all of the pages.  How do I make it so the contact form is on the bottom of JUST the homepage?

3) The logo looks great on desktops of varying monitor size, but shows nothing on mobile screens.  How do I change this?  I see nothing in the CSS or HTML that indicates a mobile option.

Oh and another thing.  When I type in PharosPayroll.com every browser on every computer converts it to PharosPayroll.OM the first time and then works the second time when I retype it.  How do I prevent that from happening.
