Hello, I would appreciate your help on several issues.
1. We have our own forms that we need employees to fill out and sign. I saw that there is an option to only create a form, sign only or confirm/reject that you have read the form. How can you make an existing PDF form fillable and signatureable?
2. Is there a way to hide the employee ID from the other employees? I want to put the employee's national identity number there and don't want it to be exposed to everyone.
3. What happens when the reporting manager field is empty?
4. Is there a way to automatically update the reporting manager to be the same as the department head of the department the employee is associated with? I'm just trying to think what will happen when the manager changes - will I have to go through the employees one by one and change the reporting manager?
5. Is there an option to "nudge" employees to sign a form or confirm that they have read it if they have not done so within a specified time? For example, if I uploaded a new file that all employees have to read and approve, and I don't want to "pursue" them to do it, but the system will continue to send them notifications until they do it. is it possible
