Shared r/w sheet can not be opened

Shared r/w sheet can not be opened

For the last week or so I have not been able to open a read/write sheet shared with me. It was working well, but now when I try to open the sheet, it seems to freeze. I can see it, but the message box Loading Battle Nominees..... doesn't go away.

Interesting note, though, when I export the sheet that works and allows me to see the sheet on my machine in xls.

The owner of the sheet can not open the sheet either.

Can you help us? What should we do? We really would like to continue using ZohoSheet for our project and also add another person to our group. I have looked at GoogleDoc's but the spreadsheet app doesn't work as well as ZohoSheet.
