Sharp features to fine-tune your spreadsheet experience

Your needs keep evolving and as does our spreadsheet. We concentrate on providing the best spreadsheet experience to you and in our mission, we bring you more features and enhancements to use and enjoy. These niche features will help you enhance your work experience and ensure your productivity improves.

Highlight Invalid Data:
Data Validation is a crucial feature that helps you enter data correctly. Highlight Invalid Data is an enhancement to the existing Data Validation feature. This feature lets you highlight those data that don't correspond to the set rules of data validation. Suppose you have a sheet with data entered in already and you frame a new rule of validation. You wish to know the cells that contain values that violate the set rule of validation. In order to be able to do this, you can use Highlight Invalid Data. This feature helps you bring your attention to the violation of the data validation rule and highlights the cell.

Cell Overlay:
We have modified our spreadsheet to allow cells to overlay content present in them. When the content present in a cell exceeds the width of the column, it will now be overlaid into the next cell provided the next cell is empty. This update will also ensure that viewing or observing your spreadsheet remains a smooth and an easy experience.

Hide Gridlines:
You can use Hide Gridlines to view the spreadsheet with all the gridlines forming the cells hidden. It can be accessed from the View Tab. This spreadsheet will help you have an aesthetic view of the spreadsheet.

These features go a long way in improving the overall user experience of Zoho Sheet and improve the aesthetics of the spreadsheet. We hope you enjoy using our latest features.
