Sheet/column/row/cell language and locale
Dear Zoho Sheet Team,
As far as you might know there are lots of languages and locales around the world. Not all of them use period as decimal part separator. For example, in our native language (Russian) the separator is comma.
We are facing big problem with locales in Zoho Sheet, especially while pasting/coping data to/from. THere are no any clarifications/explanations. I have some question:
1. What is the default locale for just created file ? How is it calculated?
2. How can i change that locale?
3. How can i change locale/language for the particular cell or the whole column/row?
4. How do i change cell's format to 'undefined' or 'All' in terms of standard spreadsheet programs? I found the 'Set as Text' menu item. Is it exactly the same i'm looking for? But it doesn't exist in dropdown menu when i click right mouse button on cell. Even more, there is a menu item 'Clear formatting' in the dropdown menu and it does something other, i don't understand well what.
5. How do i paste data i've just copied from my spreadsheet program (LibreOffice) which uses russian locale and has comma as decimal part separator? In this case Zoho Sheet sometimes makes it just big numbers, sometimes makes it dates. No way?
