I've reached out to both Shopify and Zoho on this and both customer supports tell me to talk to the other company's customer support. I'm working on migrating our ecommerce store from Prestashop to Shopify and turned on the Zoho Inventory app to sync with our Zoho instance.

The issue I'm running into is that the products that have been ported over from Shopify are registering the Unit as lb instead of EA which is needed for our inventory protocol. I've figured out how to manually change these options, but any new products created in Shopify default the Unit to lb. Is there a way to change this, and set the default to EA when Zoho syncs?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
