Shopify integration - items not syncing properly

Hello, thanks for your time and assistance to read and provide a response

I have integrated my shopify store with zoho. After syncing items, I made changes to shopify products. Names, SKUs. added and removed products.
After that, I am having difficulty getting correct item information on Zoho. Some products are not showing while others are not updated. Maybe it has something to do with the initial "product linking" that i did durign the initial setup. 

Is there anyway to reset all the products and integration and start again?
