shopify link not working
the shopify link ink failed to import products from shopify and it has not imported anything at all since!
the failed reason was 'invalid product type' however there are no specific product types as far as know.
additionally my sales orders are not syncing and it failed with the reason '
Please enter a suitable VAT treatment.' however vat is enabled in shopify
i cannot use
zoho unless this link works properly.
additionally we have soho books and both are extremely similar. what platform should we be using for sales?
