I am looking at integrating Shopify and Zoho Inventory.

As online sales and payments are processed through Shopify, how is the payment information bought across and matched to the invoice.

I understand the process of creating packages, shipping them and creating the invoice. However, I'm cannot find anything in the documentation that discusses how the payments in Shopify are brought across?

Can anyone shed some light on this?
