I am making a form for employee clock in clock out. The form has only two questions - pick your name, and clock-in or clock-out.

Once you pick your name in the first question, I want to be able to show that name when you answer whether you are clocking in or clocking out. This is to improve the accuracy and avoid a wrong name selection by mistake.

Is this possible?
