showing 2 sent emails

Hi

Zoho TeamInbox has started showing 2 sent emails when sending from it. It only sends the email once however. I have tried turning off the "save copies of messages in the sent items folder" setting which does work, however we still use outlook for our personal work emails, and as such need to be able to see the sent emails sent through outlook.

Is there a different way to prevent the annoying problem of seeing 2 sent emails on teaminbox, while not turning off saving sent emails on outlook?
