Sign/Writer Notification Custimization?

Sign/Writer Notification Custimization?

It seems as if there is an error in my notifications (emailed) since the document I sent (via Zoho Mail Merge) to be signed expired, but gave me a "document has been completed" notification when it did. This is horribly misleading and I'd to change that notice to "document has expired" so there's no confusion between those that are really completed and those that need to be resent or processed another way. Anything I can do?

The notification settings I see only have "On/Off" options (for viewed, signed, etc) and expired isn't among them.
