Sign your documents with qualified electronic signatures (QES)

Hello!

Today, we are excited to announce Zoho Sign's integration with Infocert, one of the most trusted digital service providers in the European Union. This integration helps Zoho Sign users execute their documents using qualified electronic signatures.

To receive a qualified digital certificate, signers will need to participate in a one-time face-to-face video call verification with an Infocert agent. QES is mandated in regulated transactions such as banking, finance, healthcare, and government services.

Key benefits
  • Face-to-face identity verification of the signer.
  • Highest level of compliance in accordance with EU laws.
  • Trusted time stamps applied to signed documents both at the signature and overall document level.
If you want to learn more about QES, visit our blog. For any further questions or feedback, feel free to write to us at support@zohosign.com.
