Signatures no longer showing up on emails sent from Zoho mail
My client has an issue that has just recently appeared. When sending emails, the signature does not appear. When she first logs into the web client, the FIRST email she sends has the signature attached. All subsequent emails do not. I am not talking about replying or forwarding.
The first message composed when she logs in has the signature. ANY message created after that by clicking compose does not. If you go into settings and select signature, then click update, the signature will appear on the first email composed after that and not on any subsequent emails.
I have created a new signature, with the same results.
Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated.
