Signup Forms Capabiities

Can we have multiple website signup forms for a single list? I want to have one list that I can segment using three different forms. Example:
Form 1 - Signup for newsletter
Form 2 - Request special report
Form 3 - Contact me (with field to enter brief message saying what they want help with)

Someone might go to the website and fill out one or more of those forms. The auto-responder for each request would be a little bit different.

Is this possible to do? If so, how? Use hidden fields in each form to identify the form? If so, how would I do that?
