Simplify your file management with Zoho Recruit
We are thrilled to announce a powerful new enhancement to our system that will greatly improve your attachment management experience - the ability to download and delete attachments in bulk. Gone are the days of tediously downloading and deleting attachments one by one. With our latest update, you can now effortlessly select and download multiple attachments at once with just a single click. And that's not all! You can also delete multiple attachments at once, helping you maintain a tidy and organized database of records.
This game-changing feature allows you to store, manage, and organize your attachments more efficiently, saving you time and effort. Whether you need to download multiple documents, images, or other files, or clean up your attachments in bulk, our system now empowers you to do so with ease.
Here are some use cases for this enhancement:
- Storing information contextually: As a candidate moves through your hiring pipeline, you can attach relevant information as a file or link. This helps you store and access said information contextually, letting you download or delete them as you please.
- Removing outdated documents: Over time, your database records can become cluttered with outdated or irrelevant documents attached with them. With the bulk delete feature, you can quickly remove these documents and keep your database organized and efficient.
- Archiving attachments: If you want to archive all attachments related to a particular job or client, you can now select all the relevant attachments and download them in a single click. This can be useful if you need to keep a record of all the documents related to a particular job opening, even after it has ended.
To use this feature, simply navigate to the Attachments section of any record, select the attachments you want to download or delete, and use the "Download" or "Delete" button at the top-right corner. To know more, refer our help article.
