In zoho writer I share a document with 5 or 6 other users. From time to time two people will edit simultaneously. When this occurs, sometimes we've noticed the document locks so that only one user can edit. When this happens the second person cannot alter the document. Please note that none of the users are using the LOCK feature to lock the doc.
 
Also, occasionally when multiple folks edit, sometimes one person's changes fail to save.
 
Are there any best-practices to avoid the issues described above? Thanks so much.
