Site Service Call Recording

I'm looking for an application that allows me to record site visits to customers via smart phone. I have the Zoho CRM app on iPhone but it's limited. I'd like to record a site visit, lets say as a "Case", (Cases are not available in the Zoho CRM app) and have a field where my customer can sign as form of acceptance. Is this available from Zoho or other third party application?
