Our first day of trying this in the field. In the office and on the app.

Problems.

1. using the map on the app and using it via CarPlay Apple Maps gave an error of turn by turn not available. OK with google?

2. pressing the button to start the service call on the app just made the program hang, then sometimes it would start but then stop. Ended up putting it in manually.

3. if you loose network connection the app just does not work. It needs to cache properly as in the real world engineers to not always have a solid network.
