I would like the ability to include SMS Messages as an action in a workflow.  When given permission, we have candidates who want to receive information via email and then have me send them a text to let them know the info was sent.  This is very, very important as it relates to time sensitive job offers.  As it stands, only emails can be scheduled within workflows.
