Hello, we are trying to setup SMTP on re:amaze to our zoho email but we always get 'Reauthenticate SMTP' error

https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/zoho-smtp.htmlRe:amaze is saying that the issue is on Zoho, either incorrect details or something else. I've tried setting up an App password as well, same result.
I've sent a support email to Zoho on Friday, no response, only noticed today they marked the ticket as 'Invalid' and closed it.
