Snail Mail Not Being Sent

I've been "sending" invoices via zoho snail mail for several months. Turns out, may of the invoices weren't sent at all. Zoho doesn't notify users, Users have to go to snail mail history for each invoice to find out whether or not it was sent. Think about that for a second. Create an invoice, send Snail Mail, wait a few hours (because it shows in the Queue for a while), then manually go in and check to see if it was processed. I have invoices as far back as May that I thought were sent but were not. I've terminated customers because they didn't pay, when in fact they never received an invoice.
Horrible, horrible system.
