SocketError: Failed to open TCP connection

I have the following problem and I kindly ask anyone to help with.
When I tried to make a request to Zoho API by the following endpoints:
I’ve got this error (I think it is related with SSL):
SocketError: Failed to open TCP connection to projectsapi.zoho.com:443 (getaddrinfo: Temporary failure in name resolution)
