Solopreneur working with ad hoc freelancers

Solopreneur working with ad hoc freelancers

I am on day two of the 30 day trial with Zoho One. All nice and exciting seeing the potential of the automation. There is one major issue for me though, that might be a major roadblock in using Zoho One in my business.

Quite often, I might go to oDesk, hire a freelancer for say 8 hours work on a project, and then the contract ends. A week later I might hire a different freelancer, and so on. As I see it, they cannot realistically work within the ecosystem of Zoho, since I would need (I presume) a different license for each freelancer. To start a new Zoho One account for a freelancer who does a short term project is just silly. Not workable.

Is it possible to have my own Zoho One license, which I exclusively use, but then one additional license that I use for my freelancers?

The problem for me, as I see it, is that with the way the licensing works, for the solopreneur who uses different freelancers regularly, it becomes unworkable. Constantly opening and closing Zoho One accounts and the cost of having a £35pm license for someone doing small projects, makes this unworkable.

Anyone else in a similar situation here? Feel the same? Any solutions?

      • How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?

A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk)  In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only.  The Import options are self explanatory. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
