Solution of the week: Leads-to-Invoices funnel chart

Measure the effectiveness of your sales pipeline with the help of Data Blending. Using this feature, you can fetch data from multiple data sources and combine them to build powerful visualizations. 


Example: Leads to invoices funnel.


You can blend the Leads data from Zoho CRM and Invoices data from Zoho Books to create a Leads-to-Invoices funnel. 


This funnel chart will help you understand your sales pipeline and significantly improved the conversion rates. In addition, you can also quickly check the paid invoices, ensuring there is no balance due.


To blend data from CRM and Books, 

  • Click the Import Your Data option, choose Zoho CRM and integrate it with Zoho Analytics.
  • Open the Zoho CRM workspace and click on Create > New Table/Import Data .
  • Select Zoho Books and integrate it with Zoho Analytics. Zoho CRM data and Zoho Books data are now in the same Workspace.
  • Zoho Analytics will now automatically recognize related columns between Zoho CRM and Zoho.Books.

Now, you can create the ‘Leads to Invoices’ funnel chart,


Drop the following columns to Y-Axis:

  1. Lead ID from Leads table in Zoho CRM
  2. Potential ID from the Deals table in Zoho CRM
  3. Won deals count from the Deals table in Zoho CRM
  4. Invoice ID column from the Invoices table in Zoho Books
  5. Paid Invoices column from the Invoices table in Zoho Books
  6. Select the chart type as Funnel and select Click here to generate the graph button 


Similarly, you can blend data from diverse data sources across various domains such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Support etc.
