Some features for ZohoSIQ

I can't find an answer for my questions and would be very appreciate if you help me
We integrated SalesIQ in our paid product
So features that I can't find:
1. Is it possible to provide such flow: client asks some questions and we automatically propose him an article from Help portal (or another knowledgebase)?
2. Is it possible to provide automatical reply and texts (like when manager is offline) based on the language of website? Or it can be only on one language
3. How I can extend data about client in Operator's window? Now I see only data from Contact module from CRM and I need data from Company module
4. Can I make a flow that allows me to send a notification for user in Zoho Sales IQ if user open the website first time today?

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address.
