Sort Conversations by last reply date

Sort Conversations by last reply date

Hi
I like to use the conversation view

I can sort by the date the conversation was started

But I want to sort conversations by last reply date (send or receive)
I cant see how to do this

Currently, if someone replies to an old conversation, this conversation stays down at the bottom of the list and is not brought to my attention.

I know I can switch conversation view off to see the latest emails, but this is not what I want

Is there a way of doing this, please?

If not, I think it should be implememted
