SpamHero and Zoho Mail

SpamHero and Zoho Mail

Is anyone out there utilizing SpamHero and ZohoMail together?  I currently have 7 domains I'm using SpamHero with 4 of which I'm using with ZohoMail.  Recently one of my newer customers starting getting numerous emails being stopped due to DMARC.  I've reached out to support and they told me that they cannot control DMARC and it was due to DMARC failing and I need to contact the sender.  I explained that DMARC is passing per the header and this is only happening on this 1 domain.  They then told me that I need to remove SpamHero and that will fix my issue.  I questioned this as to how this would help if the issue was on the sender side and I was then told that the issue is actually on Spamhero's side but they couldn't provide me any details to confirm this as I asked for this to bring to SpamHero support.  I asked if we could escalate this and I continue to get push back, I've been going back and forth for about 2 weeks now.  Anyone have a similar experience or can you point me in the right direction.  SpamHero and been great and until now so has ZohoMail.

Ironically I had numerous other issues with this domain that Zoho was blocking email and the support team had to do corrections on the backend I've asked if this could be related and have been told no this is a DMARC issue.
