Regardless of audience size, the presenter can connect with all viewers through an audio or video FaceTime call. The presenter must be signed into the Show app for iOs to initiate a SharePlay session. However, viewers won't need to sign into the app unless they want to take over the session.
Draw Tools:
When the presenter wants to highlight information on their slides, they can use Draw Tools. The highlighter colors can be customized, and highlights can be cleared whenever the presenter wants.
When the presenter receives a notification in another app that needs immediate attention, they can black out the screen to prevent viewers from seeing. They can switch back once the situation has been addressed.
Back to Live:
When the presenter has navigated to past or future slides to note down relevant details, Back to Live will lead them to the slide they are currently presenting.
Transfer Presenter:
When a viewer requests to take over the session, it is the presenter's decision to accept or reject their request.
Revisit Presented Slides:
Anytime during the presentation, the viewer can navigate to previously presented slides to revisit information they may have missed.
Sync with the Presenter:
After they revisit past slides, viewers can use this option to get back in sync with the presenter.
Request to Present:
If a viewer wishes to present their expertise or share feedback, they can request to take over the presentation. The presenter will decide whether to accept or reject the request.
Only the presenter can choose to end a SharePlay session from the Show app for iOS or the FaceTime app. If a viewer exits the presentation, the other participants will remain active.
