A trainer's learning curve depends heavily on the feedback they get from a completed training session. This feedback helps a trainer reflect on attendee engagement, the quality of brainstorming sessions, and the overall reputation of their training organization. Welcome to the next post under the Spotlight series "Understanding Analytics in ShowTime."
Once you complete a training session, it's important to focus on its performance analytics. ShowTime's analytics feature offers extensive information on various aspects of your training. Once you click the analytics tab, you can see the session details like date, time, and number of attendees. The engagement pie chart helps you analyze your attendees' level of engagement in the session.
Review the slide likes to understand which content has had a significant impact on your participants. Under the Questions tab, if you find any unattended questions, answer them for your trainees at your own convenience.
Identify the questions with the most up-votes. Include the answers to these in future presentations to make sure your attendees have all the information they need. Your attendees' questions also help you gauge their level of understanding.
Review discussions and ideas from the chat that you overlooked during the live session, to get the most out of these conversations. The Feedback and Ratings section showcases the participants' opinion of the session. This helps you understand the qualities that made your training successful, and also focus on aspects that might need improvement.
Focus on the participants who have given positive reviews, since they're likely to respond well to future offers. Consider them as potential leads and invite them to your future trainings.
Use these helpful new features and feel free to write to us about how these add-ons helped you reflect and build your training profile.
