Spotlight series #8: Share feedback on slides with your team

Hello everyone!

The feature in the spotlight this month is the Comments Section.

When your team is assigned a presentation, you need to collaborate to ensure it is completed efficiently. It is crucial to have collaborative presentation software that enables you to work seamlessly, even if you work remotely. This will save you from creating multiple versions of a deck.
Zoho Show, a collaborative presentation tool for modern teams, helps you discuss ideas and exchange feedback with your team. Your opinions and thoughts can be shared in the Comments Section. You can highlight comments, tag your teammates, hyperlink your text, and do so much more!

How do you post a comment?

Open your presentation, navigate to the right pane, click REVIEW, and choose Comments. You can add a comment in the space provided or click  if a comment is already added to the slide. Show also lets you add emoji, gifs and images  to your comments.

Can you edit a comment?

You can also use the More icon next to your collaborator's name or your comment to copy the comment's URL or delete a thread.

How can you view a comment?

Can you hyperlink a comment?

From there, you can click Hyperlink Text Properties to customize the text color of your Hyperlink and Followed Hyperlink. To underline hyperlinked text, check the Underline box.
