We have hundreds of active jobs at any given time, all with different budgeted hours, across dozens of processes, and all with varying process start and end dates. Below is a table with just a few lines containing our active jobs by job number.

What I would like to accomplish inside of ZOHO, is to make a heat map using the Process Name Column as the vertical axis, and the Dept Est End Date as the Horizontal column. Then spread out the Remaining Hours Column across however many days are left for that project (Remaining Duration)

For instance, the row in green has 435 hours remaining and 23 days to accomplish this task for 3 Axis Machining (Due Date of 9-22-2021). So in ZOHO I would want to create a report that takes the remaining hours of 435, divide it by 23 days, which equals 15.5 hours and ads that many hours to every date from today to 9-22-2021 for this Process…. But do this calculation on every single line for each job and process.

I know how to create formulas in ZOHO, and create heat maps, etc. so none of that is the problem. The problem I am having, is how can I take those remaining 435 hours (15.5 hours each day) and spread them across each day from today until 9-22-2021, instead of having all the hours just load into 9-22-2021 (which is the end date)?

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated
