Is there a place to store standard work instructions for regular/preventive maintenance?  

Example: A maintenance tech is to perform regular  maintenance on a forklift every 6 months.  There are specific instructions/checklist that must be followed each time.  

What is the best way to incorporate these instruction so they are always available when it is scheduled/dispatched?
