We are excited to let you know about Zoho LiveDesk's new OpenCart extension. By installing the extension, you can quickly add live chat functionality to your store and connect with potential customers at the exact right moment. Embrace the power of real-time chat and improve the customer experience of your OpenCart powered store.

To install the LiveDesk extension in OpenCart
1.Download the Zip file from here.
2 Upload the Zip into your root directory and Extract it.
3.Log into the admin section of your openCartSite: e.g www.yoursite.com/admin.
4.Select Extensions - > Modules and click install on Zoho LiveDesk.
5.After successful installation, Goto Extensions - > Modules and click Edit on Zoho LiveDesk
6.Copy and paste your LiveDesk chat widget code snippet into the text area and click "Save".
  
Note: As of now, only ‘Float code snippet’ option is supported in this extension.
