Hello, I am looking for some assistance in having an application similar to help desk but a customized for my purpose. I have agents who work on assignments everyday. These are telecallers who needs to update there reports at the end of the say as who many cases received, dates it was received on , type of case they are working on and what was the outcome. including the way the cse was handled and resolved. It is similar to ticketing system but with my own defined customzed field. This would also have some sort of workflow which would include order capturing, assignment of order , helpdesk-telecallers working on these assignements and then a quaility - approval flow and then finally closing of the case. I can provide more details once someone comes up with some solution. I need to expand this application step by step and this will be just initial phase.
