Greetings, I keep getting a 'pop-up' notice informing me that I have used up most of my 100GB of Premium storage. However the reported information that I see in the phone's setting has shown only 6.5GB of storage space used. Several times I have attempted to upgrade the amount of storage in my Personal subscription account, to no avail. Please help!
