Struggling to find the right flow for sending an invoice with a link to pay

With a Zoho One subscription, we'll be providing a service to individual consumers (not businesses typically but occasionally). Here's what I was thinking:
  1. Add a potential customer as a Lead in CRM
  2. When appropriate, convert the Lead to a Contact with a Deal
  3. Still in CRM, create a Quote for the Contact and email it to them
  4. I want the functionality of Billing that allows them to accept the quote
  5. After the Quote has been accepted and then the service has been provided, I want to convert the Quote to an Invoice that is emailed to the customer with the option to pay the invoice online.
Can this be achieved without the user having to replicate the Quote in Billing to give the customer the option to accept or decline the quote?
After the service has been provided, is there a way to send the customer an Invoice with a link to make a payment that would be reflected in Books?

If I'm missing something obvious or there is a better flow, please share. The goal is to make this a simple process for the user and the customer not requiring both of them to interact with multiple Zoho apps.

If there is a better Zoho product to use, please let me know.

      • How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?

A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk)  In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only.  The Import options are self explanatory. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
