Stuck in Sanbox for the last 6 months....

Even though, from what I've seen, a lot is promised for C6, I'm stuck since February 2022 because I can't manage to publish some components!

6 months and several dozen emails with support...hearing that the problem can be solved and then being told that it won't be possible or that I have to migrate to C6 - but as a user of the Zoho One solution it was not possible even if I read that you could ask to do it - which means in my opinion that everything is not quite ready yet!

In the meantime I can't use the Sanbox. And above all, I can't deactivate it either without losing all the work done. In my opinion, a sandbox must allow you to be in a real situation without interfering with the live flows and data of a company  ! But if you get stuck in the Sanbox and unable to publish your changes, you might as well not use it and find other solutions (copy of the app, live modification... with all that implies).

Are any of you other users in this situation?

I don't think (and hope) to be a "grouch" but after 6 months of being stuck, I want to share what's wrong with Zoho Creator (and this is my first post).

At some point, enough is enough !
