Survey Demographic question box- populate with Canadian Provinces

Hi, 
Is there a reason why we can't have Canadian Provinces prefilled as options when you choose CANADA as a country?
You have only filled out the US states.

We are a Canadian company and would like to have Canadian Provinces show up.
